Our tutoring services focus on GCSE-level mathematics and earlier stages. We aim to help students build foundational skills and confidence through interactive and engaging learning methods. If you child is struggling with mathematics, let's get it solved early. Everyone can do maths.
4.1 Booking:
Tutoring sessions must be booked in advance by email.
Each group session requires a minimum of three participants to proceed.
4.2 Payment:
Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the booking process.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 6).
Students must attend sessions punctually and be prepared with the necessary materials. These include: Ruler, Pen, Pencil, Paper and, when advised, Graph Paper.Â
Respectful behaviour toward the tutor and other participants is mandatory. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.
6.1 Cancellation by the Student:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
6.2 Cancellation by the Service:
If the tutor cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
While every effort is made to ensure the quality and accuracy of the tutoring provided, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.
